Supermarket self service tills are terrible for customer service

I remember one of the first time I used the Morrisons self-serve a girl, who actually works there, was at the self-serve till next to me. She scanned her first item and put it in my bag, which set my machine off. "Please take the last item out of the bag".

I do this too, such a rebel!

I used to love self service in my local asda but now they have replaced the normal sized bags with tiny bags for 3/4 items tops.
