Pretty sure GF is cheating on me.

I'm not really sure what to say except that if the facts are as presented there doesn't seem to be any doubt that she is at the very least not as interested in the relationship as you are so you will be much better out of it. But I'd also say that spying on your partner is never a nice thing to do, if you're at that stage then it's probably best to end the relationship anyway for both your sakes - if there's no trust then there's also not a relationship worth saving.

Only pretty sure? Really?...

From the first paragraph alone it's obvious she was into him then, if your girlfriend organises a day out with a single bloke then alarm bells should start ringing.

My advice, don't act needy at all. It probably hurts like hell but if you need to ask your girlfriend to tell you that she loves you then she probably doesn't! And if she starts getting with someone else without telling you there's a problem with your relationship then don't bother trying to sort things out with her, because she's really not worth it.

Well I was trying to act normal and was going to see what was said on facebook tonight?

Dont wait. Dump.

Honestly its hard but you are just dragging it out and going to end up getting dropped yourself and then feel even worse.

Give her one alst seeing to for the road and then at the end say "oh by the way, your a cheating **** and your dumped" plus if its your house then kick her out onto the street.

Why does everything have to revolve around facebook. Jesus Christ.

Anyway, dump the dirty skank.

Women, can't live with them, can't live without them. All they do is cause hurt and yet you cannot help wanting more!

Game over pal.

It's so obviously over that it's not even worth talking it over IMO. Just tell her that you know what's going on and enough is enough.

She's cheating on you, she thinks you're a **** and she's lied to you. There's no way back, unless you let her walk all over you.

Time to move on.
