not being funny but from the first post (haven't read all the rest so sorry) but you sound soppy and a walkover. toughen up a bit i'm afraid. as its your first real relationship just learn from it and move onto the next one applying what you learnt.

Thats the best way imo - don't "dump" her let her find out when she works out your already with someone else (even if its not serious) - just don't do it in a way that leaves her open to justification - "I knew you were with someone else thats why I... blah".
