can you fall to sleep lay on your back?

That's me! Description in the pic is 100% accurate as well :D
Sometimes I have my top leg over the covers as well, as if i'm hugging the duvet.
I don't understand how anyone can fall asleep on their front.. won't you get a bad neck, or simply suffocate yourself?

Same, the description is spot on about me too oddly, can't find the page where it's from though as I saved it from a google image preview with a dead link.

As for sleeping on the front, simples, chest down, head turned to a side.
Bad neck, yeah probably in 40 years or so, suffocate, nope.

I can sleep in pretty much any way, or more correctly whatever point I loose consciousness.

If I sleep on my back on a flat floor then I'll awake exactly in the same position. If I'm in a comfy bed I move a lot.

I sleep on my side, similar to the cartoon above. Description is nothing like though :/

Camping is a pain since sleeping on your back is the only really comfortable position, but it takes me aaaaaages to go to sleep.

I can happily sleep on my face.

Scared my dad when I was young, as i was face planting the pillow. I manage to leave a gap to breath though.

Mostly now is faceplant with my right arm around the outside of the pillow,
or recovery position.

Freefall (7%): Lying on your front with your hands around the pillow, and your head turned to one side. Often gregarious and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don't like criticism, or extreme situations.

sometimes me head goes sideways, okok im a little brash (hasty, not loud and impolite though O.o), but the rest of it is 100% :x

I can sleep on my sides, but sometimes sleep on my back with my hands across my chest like a Egyptian mummy. I find it comfortable some how.

I can, although I have to make 2 armrests out of pillows to do so. Though I much prefer sleeping on my side.

Normally fall asleep on my front, wake up in the middle of the night with my arms underneath me quite a lot, unable to move, with arms that feel like they weigh 10 stone each! Soon get back off to sleep though. Fall asleep on my back if I'm totally bladdered & get in trouble off the wife for snoring.

I usually fall asleep on my side with face planted in pillow.
I do snore incredibly loud and even wake myself up so I sleep very deeply - and often in the spare room!

You shouldn't sleep on your back when bladdered you can be sick and choke to death. I always force myself to sleep in the recovery if i've had a skin full

I have the same thing, find it a lot more difficult to fall asleep on my back, much prefer to sprawl out on my front.
