Cant Unlock my Iphone 3GS mc 3.1.3 fw baseband 05.13.04??

Hey guys, i have an iphone 3gs 16gb MC model, running ios3.1.3 and baseband 05.13.04 and unlocking with ultrasn0w should work, but isnt for me?

Ive tried to use the program dozens of times, but to no avail, it is still locked to orange. Orange will also not unlock my iphone as the IMEI number hasnt been on there database long enough (3 months).
Would some dodgy stall in a market be able to unlock it?
Any help will be much appreciated.

I don't think you can unlock it as you didn't save your SHSH blobs.

As far as I know you are stuck I'm afraid!

Hi, according to ultrasn0w my baseband can be unlocked, however I tried and it is unsuccessfull.

Oh, btw I have saved my shsh blobs. Since 3.1.3 to 4.0.1.
I'm already jailbroken. Upgrading to 4.0.1 wouldn't matter. As ultrasn0w only crashes the "baseband" and not ios version.

Just an update, i upgraded FW to 4.0 and the unlock worked, so im gessing it was a compatibility problem.
