470 Sli how has it effected your overclock?

Dont know if its my rig or any one else has seen this happen to their system

I7 overclocked to 4.6 Ghz was stable with a 4870 x2 now with 470's installed and overclocked have had to drop the I7 down to 4.2 otherwise blue screens

Well, a pair of GTX470 in SLI do consume more power than your old 4870x2, this it will put more load on the PSU. While a Sappire 1050W is more than enough power for a system with a pair of GTX470 in SLI, with the extra load it can affect the stability of the PSU's voltage output, thus might leading to not providing enough power to the CPU on the 12V. But Sapphire does claim their PSU has high stability...so I dunno...
