Hi Guys,

Got a problem, have this old caravan (Elddis Breeze) and can't find anyone who will take it! Its pretty trashed inside must be 20 years old. No good for people to sleep in.

Had thoughts it would be great for sticking in a field to keep horse feed and the like in or scrap yards take it but no-one is interested!

Anyone had experience with getting rid of such a thing? Seems googling around its a common problem :(

Cheers,
M

Just do what all other caravanists do:

- Drive down the motorway (caravan in tow)
- Wait for a strong breeze
- Caravan falls over
- Everyone on the road lolz
- Profit

Edit: all i can actually think of doing is chopping the body into small chunks dump it down the local skip and then the scrappy will prolly want the chassi for the metal.

It's quite a lot of work to get all the body off, then have to hire a cutter to get metal work off for scrappy. But taking it appart is looking like only way.

I burned one and then got my son and his mate to smash the metal frame up then had me brother pick the metal bits of frame up :)

Give it the viking funeral by fire, you know you want to!

Hmm if you were closer I know someone who may have had it off you for the lulz, I think killing it with fire is the only way. :D

Just outside Weston-Super-Mare.

Quite a few people take plates off, park it in a lay by then forget to collect it. I'm not pond scum though so wont be doing that.

leave it in said lay-by with a "For sale" sign in it, some scumbag will think its his lucky day and "steal" it.

problem solved (or moved to a low life!):D

our local strawberry picking field is looking for caravans like these.

this is in wakefield, West Yorks so not a lot of use.

Maybe try one local to you ?
