Anyone Living in Purfleet

Any people on this forum living in purfleet, just want a general idea on what the place is like? Spoken to a few friends who have said its quite nice area compared to Grays. Also, anyone living there but working in london? Wanted to know how much a monthly season ticket costs

Some of Grays is perfectly fine.

I think Purfleet is worse than Grays, its a bit more scummy

Ive been to purfleet once or twice and it seemed ok! Friends are suggesting Chafford Hundred would be a better option?

Well it looks like that i will soon be buying a flat in purfleet! Had noticed from EA that our offer had been accepted! 2 Bedroom newish flat in a new development with 5 minutes walk to the train station
