Brother looking for replacement gfx card

His x1950 XT recently died on him and he's been using my really old x850 as a replacement. He just bought Borderlands and since the x850 isn't SM3 it doesn't work.

Current system specs: AMD Athlon X2 4800+,2GB RAM

He's got a budget of about £60, looking for either new or 2nd hand.
