i5 750 overclocked to 4.00ghz (by ocuk) akasa venom cpu cooler

idling between 35-43 degrees

heavy gaming(cod6) between 40-50 degrees

light gaming (gmod portal etc..) around 40-45 degrees

does this all sound ok?
