Best place to guy theatre/show tickets?

My Girlfriend has been dropping no so subtle hints that she wants to see Avenue Q for her birthday, i assume the only/best place to see it will be in London, but let me know if this is not the case.

Google brings up hundreds of places to buy i.e. price, seats, any deals going on etc.

I am looking to go on a Saturday in early October.
