Anyone fancy doing a favour for a fellow OCUKer? HPI check

It's fine people, I'll just ask the rents nicely in the morning.

Happy, do you work for people who get them for free or something? I'd feel a bit guilty otherwise.
Usually someone from OCUK has a way or knows someone who can get something for free or discounted kind of so I thought I'd ask that's all :)

Yeah :)

Oh and the bike isnt a 2001 if its on a W plate.

Ahh i just looked, must be a error in the advert. W is 01 march 2000- isn't it fox?

Happy, if you can do that for me I'd be very grateful. I won't be purchasing the bike until tomorrow anyway as I can't swap insurance over until then. Cheers

Will do :) Have you got any more details, other than the reg - email in trust if you do.

a friend of mine did a cheapy text hpi check. it gave the basics (ie not smashed up or stolen) but at the end said "text back to check the NMR at an extra £3.

he didnt and has bought, what i suspect, to be quite a heavily clocked car

Why do people find it so shocking to see someone asking for a HPI check? It costs nothing for many people in different business' who have an unlimited licence, so I don't think its too unusual to ask on a motoring forum.

I don't pay for mine, I just 'phone a friend' :)

Do you still need a complete HPI check? I'll get it done for you and email you the details if there's still a need...

Didn't receive a reply back, so could email during work hours. This is what came back, couldn't check mileage as no reading supplied but:-
