Weird thing is, if you search through his feedback there are loads of people saying it does save them. Obviously they want to justify their purchase..and have probably driven like a pensioner since they bought it..

If you had a really powerful magnet, of course, you could suspend it from a short pole at the front of the car, facing backwards, and it would pull the car along to a certain extent, and would be equally as valid a fuel saving measure.
 
In fact, you could magnetize the entire car, have a large magnet attracting the car in the front bumper, and a magnet repelling the car in the rear bumper, and you'd never need to fill it up again!

Surely if these things actually worked the manufacturers would have started fitting them onto cars a long time ago.
 
They might make a small amount of difference, if its something that partially blocks the radiator that can give better MPG can't it?

The description they've provided is absolute rubbish though :p
