My net and phone line went off this afternoon (great when running a business from home) but it was because they were fiddling with the cabinet at the end of the road.

Some drunken idiot crashed his car into the cabinet at the end of my road last weekend, we were without internet and tv for 4 days.
Fine at the moment though.

because on their support forums there are LOTS of people reporting problems.

can't even ring them up to find out. It costs a bomb from my mobile plus I'd get through to a numpty who wouldn't understand me and I thought I was easy to understand I'm hardly a scouser, a mackem or a geordi!
