A lot of Islamic states have an 'eye for an eye' style of justice. This is regularly not enforced however, and certainly not if it is considered impractical to do so. For example if someone throws a chair onto a train line and kills five people in the wreck, they cannot put the perp in a train and crash the train.
However in this case, it would be the perfect punishment to stick her in a wheelie bin for fifteen hours, swimming in her own fear and faeces, to see how she likes it.

I am also glad we don't live in such a country. I was just saying that on some occasions, it doesn't seem like the worst idea in the world.
