Finance haters gonna hate :-)

So the granny traded in her 2 year old i10 and probably bought another i10, for 7k. They then saw you coming 'Yes mate, lookin' for a cheap 'atchback for me missus' and then slapped 7k sticker on the windscreen then leased it to you for what, 8k?

edit, 9.5!

This has to be a windup

I was being serious...

The 530i Sport is not the pinnacle of motoring, it in fact does the same job as a i10, moves you from one place to another.

A little quicker where traffic allows, but I bet no quicker around town :)

No offence but an i10 is the equivalent of dog turd stuck to the bottom of your shoe. A 530i, at least you are sat in comfort whilst waiting at traffic lights.

I think it was a flat 5-6% apr, with aroundd 9.5k to pay... I couldn't care less though. Didn't wanna spend much more than 150 a month for that either.

Like I said, I wasn't gonna splash large cash in one go for something that brings food to my house and takes kids to school... I pay more for paying slow, thats the deal.

You spent 9.5k on a second hand I10, not even my wife is THAT stupid.

You do realise that you 'could' have bought this for the same amount of money, actually £65 less.

Just thought I should point that out :)

Just a thought, whats the MPG and insurance group ?

Are 10k services less than £70 ?

It's not a city car really, and it's gold ;)

I'm confused, why are we trying to compare an i10 to a 530i?

And LOLZ at 9.5k, this thread has to be a joke, its almost more epic than carcraft clio man.

Is sitting at traffic lights your idea of money worth spending on ?

Sitting on a seat in X car feels much the same as sitting in a seat in Y car, especially when stationary... unless you have a incredibly sensitive *&^ :D

So why did you spend nearly 10k on a terrible car then? You could have bought a terrible car for under £1000.

Insurance group is 15 I think (might be 16), MPG ...err low 30s on a run, not so good around town. A service is going to cost you anywhere from £190 to about £300 depending on the type of service. Ok so at 17 odd foot long it's not as easy to park I can't deny that but it has many other strengths.

It's a nice gold though, 'Winter Gold' to be precise.

But you spent more money on your i10 than Fox did on his 530i?

Or you are spending rather...
