Was just wondering if any of you take and of these things? ive started taking glucosamine as i have very stiff legs and achilles first thing on a morning and if ive been sat down for awhile (im only 30 btw) but i have very bad flat feet im currently using ortho insole i got from the nhs but ive also noticed that taking the glucosamine has helped alittle as i dont seem to be as stiff when i get up in the mornings. Any body know which is the best joint care supplement to take ive seen Celadrin and was just wondering if that is better than the glucosamine ones?

I used to take glucosamine back when I lived in Australia about 2 months ago, but more as a recovery supplement for the gym as opposed to having bad joints.

My dad takes it for his knees though and he has noticed a marked improvement with mobility.

I get a bit stiff in the morning and mentioned it to a customer of mine who is an alternative therapist, she recommended pineapple, celery and ginger smoothies twice a day !
Tried it a few times and its really not as bad as it sounds but you do have to have a practise run or two as too much ginger ruins it.
No noticable effects on me though.

funny you should mention glucosamine OP.

I was wakeboarding yesterday and got really bad tennis elbow. Some old geeza told me to us it. Cod liver oil and glucosamine seem to be what I need.

However, IIRC, Cod liver oil will be what you need for joints.

glucosamine and cod liver oil do help, if you want to go further you can look at cissus which is great for recovering from injuries.

I've used Animal Flex as well, a bit pricey but definately worth it for me when I started lifting as I was progressing for more quickly with weights than my joints could have normally taken it.
