OC'd Phenom ll X6 - what do you lose?

When overclocking an X6 chip do you lose the turbo functionality? Are AND still using VMW and will OCing stop it working? Just curious not having owned one

u can still use turbo feature when overclocking

Ah does that mean you have to allow for that in your base overclock? Could the turbo push you over the max stable overclock?

Doh, typing on my phone I meant CnQ

with a black edition chip , if u set the cpu multipler to lets say 16 and set the turbo multipler to 18, the main clock speed would be 3200mhz and when a app uses 3 cores or less it'll jump up to 3600mhz
