can anyone reccomend a good site / place to start looking for dogs that are for sale.
me and my mum went to a local rescue centre today to see about getting her another border collie, but there was none.
does anyone know any legit sites to start looking .

edit: we got our pup from a KC breeder. they regulate them - so no over-bred / inbred pups!

Don't use the fact that they are a KC breeder as the only thing to choose one. My aunt got an Airedale from one such breeder and she has really bad issues with her hips and the KC would not do anything about it.

I would always try and rehome one first from a rescue centre or charity.

just make sure if the breed has any genetic illnesses make sure both parents have been tested clear.

we were offered a border collie by a farmer a family member knew..

yeah my uncles a farmer, i may go see him tomorrow, he has a sheep dog ( pete ) scared of sheep tho lol, so he just sits in the tractor
