I'm sick of foreign people

Asians are awesome.

They helped in WW2, that's why they're here.

Polish people and the like are here because of the EU

Get that right, they’re here because of immigration. Don't forget that the Poles fought in WW2 and had communities here after WW2 finished.

I hope 70% of our population is foreign born within the next 25 years. If bigots can't be changed, breed them out. Just as a wall divided Berlin all those years, so is a wall dividing the world today. It's not bricks and mortar but flags, arbitrary border lines and the dirty hearts of people. I look at pictures of our planet from space and see no lines that divides countries. Why do we have to create these imaginary lines?

Don't you think when you go on holiday abroad, the home people are fed up of foreigners? (you)

No because we pay the wages in most holiday destinations, its called tourism.

Also we dont then set up shop in said country and ask to be fed, schooled and medicated.

Except they have retained the border driven ideology of separation. When I can travel across the EU without my passport then I may have some faith in it's ideals.

Strange that a man as seemingly enlightened as you can't figure out you can travel around most of Europe without your passport. There no stops or police checks amongst Schengen (or majority of EU) countries. I can drive to 5 different countries in 24 hours and not once see any official borders. The language on street signs would be my first indication that I'm now elsewhere.

I can fully understand the check for details to enter the EU, but once you're in, it's very seldom that you get checked.

I'm English, 32, and have lived in London since 1992.

Where did you live before you moved to London?

When trying to remember the last time I went a few days without seeing foreign people, I have to go back to before I came to London.

Why not move back to the place where you came from then if it's that bad?

I'm sick of it. Supposedly I live in England, and yet I can't even go out for an hour without passing somebody foreign, without hearing some African jabbering away to his pal on the bus at twice the normal volume, or a Polish couple walking past me on the street talking Polish to their child (why the hell aren't they teaching the child English?)

I take it you take the time to learn the language of the countries that you holiday in so that the locals don't have to listen to bloody foreigners trying to ask for a sun newspaper and twenty Lambert & Butler in a comedy accent and then get annoyed when the shop keeper has no idea what you're going on about?

I cannot relocate to because my work traps me in London.

Aye right! So you're saying that you HAD to move because of your work and yet you hold a grudge to those people that are not only coming over here to do work that I assume that you would never do because it's perhaps beneath you? Even though they might have been living in conditions that would leave you a broken man had you had to endure them for more than a week?

Probably the biggest load of tosh I've read on these forums for as long as I can remember

You still get checked for passport, even travelling within Schengen.

Or am I misunderstanding what you are saying? Is there another reason why that is so, like it being a global authentic form of ID? I know crossing borders by land requires no passport :)

I lived in Chelsea and Battersea for 2 years, I saw very few Africans. I passed through Lewisham and was probably the only white guy on the street.

London is a big place, pick the area you like.

LOL

Wondered how long it would take for TangoSixteen to show up. You're a bit late aren't you.

Well well well, where to begin dissecting your post you Nazi.

You're referring to foreigners as 'crap'. Nice going dude, awesome

No, we just get the crap foreigners thats all.

Why cant we get good ones?

Also places like Edgeware road are disgusting, the whole place just makes my skin crawl.

To think that Edgware road is a place in England is unreal.

As to where I live right now?

Scotland, where everyone laughs at England being crammed with foreign matter!

Up here some of the kids stick bacon to the walls of any mosque or leave a welcome to scotland message with a spray can. Which is considerate of them to go to the effort.

Now I can see how the Scots are so proud of their country, and want to keep the foreigners out...

In the process of looking for a nice little hideaway cottage somewhere now too... some beautiful places up here, was in Mallaig the other day looking at a nice little place, with a view over to the Isle of Skye. Paradise....

If you fly in to England you get checked for passport still, even as a part of Schengen.

Or am I misunderstanding what you are saying? Is there another reason why that is so, like it being a global authentic form of ID? I know crossing borders by land requires no passport :)

Wrong on both accounts. England is not part of the Schengen and with the current climate in the country, never will be.

Wrong on flying and needing to check in with the country of you destination. I fly to Kosice (Slovakia a lot for skiing) and flying either with Austrian or CSA (Czech airlines). I get checked in either Prague or Vienna and then never again. I can fly from Kosice back to Vienna (separate country) and not get checked. I've flown from Ireland to England and wasn't checked. Germany to Denmark and wasn't checked. Poland to Czech and wasn't checked. I can go on.

England is by a country mile the top country in Europe when it comes to passport control. Regardless of what idiots might think.
