Just has a shorter warranty
The value Card that I got of OCuk , died about 4 days out of warranty
If I were in your shoes I would go for the Asus with a 3 year warranty
woah, in only 4 days huh. That sucks.

4 days out of warranty he said, which would suggest it lasted 1 year and 4 days.
I would go for the longest warranty card, as suggested.
