I'm sick of foreign people

I live in a nice little Scottish town that is being flooded by bloody English infidels, we need to keep those foreigners out ;)

(it's true by the way)

No, we just get the crap foreigners thats all.

Why cant we get good ones?

Also places like Edgeware road are disgusting, the whole place just makes my skin crawl.

To think that Edgware road is a place in England is unreal.

As to where I live right now?

Scotland, where everyone laughs at England being crammed with foreign matter!

Up here some of the kids stick bacon to the walls of any mosque or leave a welcome to scotland message with a spray can. Which is considerate of them to go to the effort.

Now I can see how the Scots are so proud of their country, and want to keep the foreigners out...

In the process of looking for a nice little hideaway cottage somewhere now too... some beautiful places up here, was in Mallaig the other day looking at a nice little place, with a view over to the Isle of Skye. Paradise....

It will happen in time. The EU is a wonderful start to that.

Is it not true that anyone that comes here gets free healthcare?

So giving people the freedom to come and go as they choose seems like a strain on services we have built up, does it not?

"A world without Borders" is a stupid idea intill you see the same laws/healthcare across those other countries.

Else you will have people going to and from the best places that offer the things they want. There is a reason why so many people come here, and it's not because of the weather  so i guess you could say we get "used" and yes i know thats not the majority that come here. But it's not good that we are currently in that situation to begin with

More money in Edgeware Road than in the whole of Scotland

Wrong on both accounts. England is not part of the Schengen and with the current climate in the country, never will be.

Wrong on flying and needing to check in with the country of you destination. I fly to Kosice (Slovakia a lot for skiing) and flying either with Austrian or CSA (Czech airlines). I get checked in either Prague or Vienna and then never again. I can fly from Kosice back to Vienna (separate country) and not get checked. I've flown from Ireland to England and wasn't checked. Germany to Denmark and wasn't checked. Poland to Czech and wasn't checked. I can go on.

England is by a country mile the top country in Europe when it comes to passport control. Regardless of what idiots might think.

Yea that sentence sounded a bit stupid :p

I was so sure that England was a part of it! Thanks for correcting me.
However, I have still been checked when travelling from Norway to Spain/France/Germany. That's weird then.

EDIT! Never mind. Figured it out :)

I'm not a bigot, I have nothing against foreigners, I just hate them in my country. Having a mass of different cultures living in close proximity destroys the sense of community and comradeship within an area, and if you can't see that then sorry you're just blind. It just amazes me how people can tar ithers with the "bigot" brush, just because they want to live in a friendly community with people they can relate to, not with a bunch of foreign speaking people who just stick to their own.

London needs razing, come to Wigan plenty of white English people to speak to, in my village we have about 20 foreigners and they all work in the kebab shops

And that has got what to do with what?

That's not the immigrant, slum hell-hole than people have tried making it out to be in the past? Did I need to explain that?

How does Tango know the dirty Arabs in Edgeware aren't British born? He gave one look at their colour and pigeon-holed them as foreigners and immigrants. Nothing to do with skin colour I'm sure. :D

Irony overload. My poor brain!

Extend a hand of welcome and friendship to those immigrants and see what happens. People are people, we all react the same to prolonged kindness of heart. Alternatively, we become, a bunch of people sticking to their own.

Edgware Road is a great example of 'integration' It's utterly hideous down there. Nothing more than a ghetto, in the true sense of the word.

It's all well and good having a mixed population, but it's the language that's annoying. Just stop and think, how often do you have to struggle to communicate with your server at a restaurant/coffee shop, or taxi driver etc because English isn't their first language? It's ok on the odd occasion, but it's an every day occurance in London and is becoming more commonplace.

Have you seen the North of this country? Have you seen Tilbury? Hell, have you seen most of this country? Soulless brown houses lining the streets of every town with soulless council buildings completing the picture. Looks like ghettos to me.

Asians are awesome.

They helped in WW2, that's why they're here.

Polish people and the like are here because of the EU

And the Poles also fought in WWII, a number of them moved here and fought for the Allies after Poland was annexed by Germany so they're not only here because of the EU. Or rather if you're going to claim that Asians are here because of WWII then acknowledge that it applies for Poles (and various other nationalities too) but there's a wide variety of reasons why different nationalities are in the UK. Long may it continue that they view the UK as a worthwhile place to inhabit - if people stop thinking of the UK as a good place to immigrate to then I'd be a lot more worried.

Please don't attempt to speak for Scotland, there may be many reasons why some Scots will laugh at the English but the nationalities of the inhabitants isn't usually one of them. However I wouldn't dispute that some people you know may express such views since this is based on experience maybe it speaks to the company we keep rather than anything else.

More money in Edgeware Road than in the whole of Scotland

As Scotland contains one of the biggest financial centres in Europe I've got my distinct doubts about that. But factual accuracy apart what's the point you're making?

^^

See what I mean DiamondMark? :)

No its not a ghetto by any stretch of the imagination.

However if Lebanese food is not your thing, theres not much for the average English person in that 1st quarter of a mile of Edgware road it has to be said.

Maybe thats what he was getting at.
