Hi

Does anyone know how to connect this (from the headphone port at the top of my Thermaltake case)...

...to this (my sound card). I'm not even sure what these two ports are called so couldn't search for a converter.

or even my mobo perhaps (couldn't find a port for it on there either).

I don't think Creative support front panel headers. You'll have to:

1. Hack together your own adapter.
2. Get a sound card which does. There doesn't seem to be a front-panel connector on your board, and, even if there was, your board seems to use an old AC97 chip which uses the old pinout.
