Girlfriend has had a bump!

if its a non fault claim feel free to involve help hire, lovely service and they will ensure a like for like just feel sorry for the guy/gal who caused the accident :)
 
Why would people check if all ok unless t was major?
Most people assume all is ok when the 3rd party is giving details n stuff
 
I know that feeling well, those Minis seem prone to crashes :)

No thats me, she drove into the back of some fellas Mondeo, no damage to the Mini mind you.

Then a week or whatever later she reverses down a ditch :)
 
Ouch, you can see why people bang on about new drivers having crap cars for a while on here :p

I'm guessing if the car was ok your daughter was too?
 
She says this driving game is a learning curve so i shouldnt moan :)
 
Ouch sounds like you should get her a nice crappy car for a while Diamond lol. I had a lovely tank of a saloon cavalier when I passed my driving test, good thing to as i managed to dent it a few times!!! And my brother has the old crapy 26 year old mazda i have been driving for the past 2 years for when he passes his test. I feel for your future adventures with your daughters driving!!
 
BMW Accident Management are pretty good. They use Accident Exchange who manage the whole repair process while giving you a hire car.

Only negative is that the law firm they use are pretty useless if it ends up going to court to recover costs.
