London victoria at 10:30Pm.. safe?

I'm going to london next week and ill be at london victoria train station at 10:30pm. Is it safe?
Ive only been once before and ended up getting on a train to croyden full of black gangsters >< lol this time tho ill have a suitcase >< so cant exactly get up and move easily lol

It's a major station and also a fairly busy area outside it, you will be fine.
