Hello, After much consideration, it looks to me that Pre-Built systems are a tad overpriced, So i was just going to bite the bullet and build one, with a friends help!

So i was hoping someone could Spec me a £550 PC? It needs to include the OS too please, Thanks.

I gave it a go myself, but i think i totally failed haha.

your ram won't work with the motherboard, GTX460 makes a 5770 a bad buy.

not included a copy of windows.

He needs an OS on top of that Stulid.

By the way, what are you going to be doing with it? (Sorry if I missed this in your post)

You might be able to save a lot of money if you don't need a dedicated GFX card.

made a few little alterations, now only £6 more than the op spec, and with windows

Stulid's Build looks perfect for your price range. If you are planning on overclocking you will need to buy a CPU cooler, if not then the stock cooler would be fine.

£550 pound is a great deal of money . . he deserves better than a £27 pound old-hat non-thermally advantaged chassis?

More Watts? . . more Watts for what exactly? . . . stop scimping and give the guy a nice modular PSU! . . . your so fired! :p

/rollseyes

1. Read

2. Leave

3. ???

4. Profit

Although, either of the PSUs suggested are fine, tbh I'd recommend modular in a budget case just due to lack of space.

Back to 2006? :p

more watts for a future gpu upgrade, you can't predict the future, psu with more watts will last longer.
