Why would that be? Shouldn't 465 be better than 460? Does it not overclock as well as 460 which means it's slower?
Sorry at work and no time to look for any tests.
 
From what i know the 465 uses the GF100 chip found in the GTX470 & 480 where as the 460 uses the brand new GF104 chip which is much more efficient. The 460 actually came out after the 465 did and its basically going to replace the 465 in the coming months i believe.

The 465 is marginally faster then the 460 at stock (there really is hardly anything in it) but the 460 runs cooler, is much quieter, uses less power and the card itself is about half the length of the 465. It also overclocks much better then the 465 does and when fully oc'd will beat an oc'd 465.
