Call of Duty: Black Ops

Scout in KZ2 lets you mimic as the opposing team, the name above their head will change from green to red though if your cross-hair is on them.

edit: I'm wrong actually Scout was the invisible cloaking device and Spot & Mark class.

I see tactical insertion is included again, I was hoping that it would be left out this time. Maybe they've done something to stop it being used for boosting !
 
I would have prefered Tactical Insertion gone, but it does have it's legit uses so it's not really fair getting rid of it just because people abuse it. I just hope that they have something in place to stop it from being abused by boosters in FFA.
 
So is this more of a online game like COD MW2 or is this more like COD World at War, which I really did enjoy...

World at War single player was fantastic, and seems this is being developed by the same team so will the single player justify the price? I hardly play any COD games online.... COD MW and MW2 weren't much in single player, MW was ok, MW2 was pointless....

World at War was without doubt up there with COD2 in regards to single player, if black ops is like this.... Well I'm interested, if its like COD MW2 then forget it for me..
 
Interesting you should say that, as I felt WaW was just MW in WWII. They pretty much took all the set pieces from it and dumped them in the WWII setting.

I think the vast majority of people accept CoD is a multiplayer game with a singleplayer game added in.

Yeah WaW did feel at times like MW but set in WWII, but the single player lasted a heck of a lot longer then MW or MW2. MW2 was so utterly pointless as a single player game I'm glad someone lent it to me to play.. Paying £30 + for that would have really hacked me off..

So, black ops single player will be short, or just an after thought? it is like all other recent COD games, MP with little SP, other then WaW?

Reznov will be back so hopefully that means Treyarch have looked at following the story on from their previous game. I've got a feeling the single player will be decent, at least better than MW2 which I thought was a bit poo, although like anticonscience says, it's just a multiplayer game with a single player mode.
 
Can't say the video inspired me - it seems they're just making more of a deal of the things in MW2 that are annoying - more explosives, rapid fire rockets?!

Why rename the perks, that's just annoying. And they've kept the dogs?? The only original one they could think of - and everyone hated it, so they kept it.

I don't mind the idea of having to buy them though. Money matches are quite a nice idea too; I'm sure people will find a way to abuse it though, and I dare say all the hackers like a lot in the MW2 thread will just cheat the concept too.

I won't be getting this.
