i'm usually quite sceptical about this kind of stuff but i wouldn't write off horoscopes completely, infact i'd say i believe them more than i don't

What's not to believe, a bunch of random vague statements which could apply to pretty much anybody.

This. They're specifically designed to apply to everybody.

In the sense 'do I think there's something more behind it all' then let me put it like this ... it's no more plausible than homeopathy.

Get rid of anything holding you back today -- though you may want to think two or three times about losing any people who seem like dead weight. Emotional baggage, physical detritus and dead-end projects can go

Yeah ok...

I wouldn't quite agree with that. I think there are more personal characteristics that people born at roughly same time of year may share and this leads to personality traits that the advice may be suited towards.

All the stuff with stars and predicting the future is silly though.

I'm a firm believer that the positions of the planets at the time of my birth influence my life in deep and mysterious ways...oh look the fairies are playing at the bottom of the garden again.

You could interpret them as you wish to fit your life - and hey bingo - you get morons believing they're true.

Today apparently : "Obviously you won't like it if there is tension between people. However, it may be that a storm is needed to clear the air. It may be that you now have too much on your plate. Someone who cares deeply, and who may have been born under the sign of Cancer, might also suggest that your priorities are skewed. On top of all of this, you could be grappling with difficult news concerning a friend who lives a long way away."

This of course applies to every Libra out there. If it said something specific like "today you will meet a bloke called Fred driving a red Ferrari in the nude", and it did happen. I'd be a believer.

So for instance, you were born in December which means your birthday and Christmas fall in the same month, so you have to wait 11 months to get any presents and therefore angry at the world from day one? :D

Those aren't fairies, they are podding peas

The most unbelievable part is how it's possible to dress up the statement "there will be change in your life... if you want" twelve different ways every single day.
