Buying a game, selling then buying it again..

It's not normally something I'd do, but I will be doing it with Battlefield Bad Company 2 when the vietnam DLC comes out.
In fact I think it's the first time I'll have ever re-bought a game.
 
It's one of my biggest weaknesses. Just yesterday I've re-ordered my third copy of Dead Space to play before the sequel arrives. :D
 
Last game I did this with was Streets of Rage 2... cant believe I ever got rid of it!

These days I only get rid of games I know I wont play again. I have a few I wont get rid of like the gears of war and COD/MW series...
 
I NEVER sell my games, I just can't bring myself to do it. Which isn't as bad as it sounds now, as I've started getting games a lot longer after they come out than I used to, so there isn't much point trading/selling them for a few pound.
 
I've done this a couple of times, most recently with Alan Wake. I traded it in to get Red Dead Redemption and just re-bought it again- although it only cost me a tenner this time so hard to refuse :D
 
Oblivion and Fallout 3. definately.

It's wierd, you get to a point where you think you've played it to death....Then a few months later.... MY GOD I FANCY PLAYING THAT.
 
Fallout 3, three times and Modern Warfare 2 twice and World at War twice. I bought Fifa 09 twice but that wasn't my fault, the disk cracked in the middle due to forcing it into the case without pressing the little button in the middle first..
 
i did it with halo combat evolved.

learnt my lesson though and never did it again.

the only 360 game i have ever traded in was rock band 1, when rock band 2 came out lol.
 
I bought Mw2, completed everything 100% except multiplayer. sold it then bought it again because my mate bugged me. now I can't stand playing it.

Hate console mp with a passion.
 
I do this beyond often lol. Recently bought a bunch of games I got on release and hated, now I love them lol. Borderlands, GTA4... But also games that I previously thought "what else could I do with this?" then a year or even more goes on by and I pick it up.

I am referring to oblivion, picked up the GOTY edition the other week, probably about the 7th time I have owned this game lol.

i pretty much hoard all my games since i know that in the future ill get a random urge to play one again, been getting a urge to play borderlands recently :)
 
only ever done it with final fantasy 12, bought it on release day, got 4 hours in and kept getting trashed by monsters, sold it, bought it again last year and blitzed it for some reason :S i had the guide for it too first time round haha
