Best way to defrost
Put them in a sink, turn the tap on, cold water, keep a constant flow of cold water over them, faster the better whilst avoiding splashing the entire house, leave them to slowly defrost with cool chilled water, means you won't have dirty warm beer.

The flowing nature of the water will speed the defrosting, same as meat, use a constant flow of cold water with the meat sealed in a bag.

And yes its crappy beer but its 5% normally its stella but stella has strated giving me crushing hangovers.
