should have arrived yesterday from the warehouseexpress people.
Phoned em today to see where it was, and found it's been shipped to Belfast by mistake

I don't think it's a mistake.

I had many bad experiences with CityLink where they "accidentally" shipped the my stuff to addresses in Scotland. They were obviously a bunch of thieving ****ers.

When I asked them how such a mistake is even possible, they were speechless.

Surely it's just accidentally shipped to the belfast depot and not actually delivered to a house?

other than the parcel being delivered to the wrong address and the inconvenience of waiting a wee while longer there shouldn't be anything to worry about. They've admitted they shipped it to the wrong address, and with you having the receipt showing your address then its the couriers fault. whether they're a bunch of thieving bar stewards as asim puts it you're covered and they're in the wrong.

if its gone to the wrong address then it probably happens a lot by someone who knows what the parcels are.
WE are great and its great they refunded you next day.
