Wondering if anyone is on the tesco mobile network and what it is like?

Im currently on virgin media but will making the move to an iPhone 4 on tesco mobile for £20 a month with a 12 month contract.

It is the O2 network so for coverage its the same, as far as I know Tesco are decent enough when it comes to customer service.

You need to edit that signature too, its against the rules.

Tesco customer service should be one of the best in the business, I've never seen much better CS from anyone other than Tesco + Asda, but only Tesco do their own contracts and even have some PC stuff (got Windows 7 from them).

T Mobile come close with CS, but are a fair bit behind if you happen to be unfortunate enough to have to speak to a numbnut on their support team. If you happen to speak to a numbnut at tesco / Asda and complain, they end up getting a nice verbal spanking from their higher ups, as used to happen to me when I were still a CS numbnut :(

Tescos the cheapest way to get an iphone with far more minutes than o2 provides. It's the only way to get one on a 12 month contract too, meaning while everyone else is still trapped in theirs you can sell yours on (for more) and get the next one.

Yes they seem to be out of stock! I wonder if that is online and maybe local stores might have some?

I doubt it, but good luck.

Tesco have like 35% of the retail market share. If they sell I phone 4s on those crazy £20 12 month tariffs, they are gonna be gone very very fast.

Or maybe its 35% of the supermarket share, their whole retail share wouldnt be that high.

Availability is very poor. I know the south Wales and west stores have had very few / none recently. Any that are going through would be to staff.

On that, if you know a member of staff you can get the staff deal as a friend (up to 5 phones per member of staff). Knocks the price band down for the same benefits.
