I pay it monthly, and I have to pay it on tuesday, but I dont get paid till 2 weeks. If I ring them up will they let me pay it in 2 weeks?

I am with Quinn Direct

You won't be covered, so you can't/shouldn't drive. If it's a monthly direct debit most companies allow you to change the payment date to suit your cash flow situation.

This.

If you miss a payment they'll also have to give you written notification which may take a while and also follow it up with an intent to cancel the policy if payment isn't met.

However, if it's direct debit be wary of bank charges so you're probably better just phoning them directly and changing the date. 2 weeks might be pushing it, though.

If you miss a payment, they give 15 days to bring it up to date, policy still stands within those 15 days i think, my GF missed one a few months ago, revieved a letter stating the above.

Hope this helps

This. You get a letter stating you should pay up or else your policy gets cancelled in 15 days should you not have paid up then. Edit: This is specifically for Quinn btw
