Need O2 SIM Cards - Urgently ! (And preferably free)

Can anyone point my in the right direction here ?

I need a spare SIM, I want to use it from my workplace using O2's 'favourite place' for jobhunting, I already have my own SIM linked to my home postcode.

I've requested SIM's from O2 and they never seem to arrive !

So, Where would i pick up free SIM's ? O2 shop ?

I don't really want to pay some nugget on the bay for 'free' SIM's
