I find red bull is the best, but its also the most expensive. I like relentless and monster too, tho i tend to prefer relentless because if i have 2 cans of monster i feel ill
Always the orign and inferno for me in relentless, monster is like p*** and redbull is a ripoff.
100ml caffeine in a 500ml can
One bad experience tho, ate chili doritos with a can on night got caffeine poisoning and bad both ends for 4 days straight. Know not to eat and drink them at the same time.
£1.59 in my local shop, tesco in lurgan or whatever normally £1.30 or so.
I drove a colleague back from a site 3 hours away from where we live. Grabbed a can at a service station on the way back. She'd not seen relentless cans before and got worried because she thought it was beer.
I only have it on long journeys to keep me alert. Last week I had a 5 hour journey and had 5 cans of relentless. To say I was buzzing would be an understatement, I was practically air drumming the steering wheel off it's bracket. It's great for that but I wouldn't drink it for any other reason!
Not had any for quite some time though, don't really do the energy drinks any more. I have a bottle of Lucozade in the car on a long trip but don't do the canned stuff. Only drink fizzies when in the pub and don't want alcohol, then it's usually OJ&Lemonade or something. At home it's just water, tea and squash.
Ideally I just have a nice mug of tea, green or otherwise.
I've had a can or two of relentless every single weekday for the past 3 years first thing in the morning. But I've managed to ween myself off them in the last couple of weeks and feel much better for it. Feel a lot more naturally awake during the day and don't have a caffine comedown in the evening and can get to sleep better.
