I did a height check today. And I'm exactly the same height as I was 3 months ago. That's right, I've stopped growing. I'm 16 years old and I've stopped growing. I now stand at 5 feet and 4.25 inches tall

The worst part is that two of my friends at school were the same height as me when they first came to the school. Ie: they were 5'4 at 11 years old.

I'm not that concerned about my height to be honest. I see the funny side, and there's also plenty of girls within reach

Doesn't mean to say you've stopped growing, it means you've not grown over the past 3 months.

You still have the capacity to grow up till the age of 21 for most men.

I'm pretty sure I already had my growth spurt. For a long time most of the girls were a good few inches taller than me. Then after a summer holiday a couple of years ago, I was the same height as most of them.

You will still grow. Make sure you get plenty of exercise and try not to wear tight clothing as it reduces blood flow and growth or something like that.

You can't tell whether or not you've stopped growing from measurements, since growth spurts can be erratic. You'll keep growing until your epiphysis have fused (i.e. no more growth plate in the bone).

I barely grew an inch between the ages of 13-16 then shot up by about a foot.
