yep either one of them will be fine, think the Asus clocks slightly better on CPU where as gigabyte clocks slightly better RAM, according to reviews, both great boards though
See this where it gets confusing. Whilst most USB3 boards have USB3 they do not have USB3 headers, only intergrated ports at the back (IO). There are a few AMD boards with USB3 headers however these are a lot longer and not many cases support USB3 yet (in header from), most case that support USB3, support it in a form where basically the front USB is run off an extension cable to the rear IO USB3 port not on the motherboard unlike standard motherboards.
From experience I found that the USB3 version clocked a lot better however I didn't test the standard M version for a long period of time and I didn't have both at hand to compare.
For the money the USB3 version is worth getting as you are covered if and when you get any USB3 devices. Forgot to mention aswell the USB3 version has USB2 headers on it aswell.
I recieved my Asus P7H55-M/USB3 from OCUK it does not come with any cables what so ever the board does have empy pins to plug in headers to front and back. I have no idea where to buy these headers for usb2 usb3 parallel port serial port and ide can't find them on ocuk website or elsewhere.
