Check your 20p pieces!

Wasn't it last year the queen imprint was on the back as well as the front or something?

I just assumed this was another mistake

Yeah the 2009 One. But obviously you wouldn't know it was, because it has no date on. It had the Back of the 2009, and the Head from the 2008, Unfortunatly it was the Head on the 2009 one that was meant to have the Date. Some plonker+wrong die=Muchos Proffitos for some of us. :D

I didn't know about this when i had one a month ago, thought i kept it but i can't seem to find it, odd how its old news but has come up again, why is it worth anything more than 20p?

I got one of these back when it was first known.

Went to Alton Towers and got lucky with my change when buying food!

Put it on ebay, no reserve and it sold for £120.

Well worth looking at your change imo.

Have I just walked back in time? Im sure these coins would have been sold to collectors now or removed from circulation.

Damn it, I got my hopes up for a second

exceptionally rare

Except for all the other ones out there

I bought an untouched 1983 silver proof pound coin and an uncirculated £1 note for ~£20 last year, self birthday presents for the win :) But £800 for some 20p pieces
