What are the contents of "YOUR" Car cleaning arsenal?

Change for the local Sainsburys car wash, it's actually really good and cheaper then the local middle easterns.

Wow, some people take this really seriously, I have a fair few products but its all from Halfords and its all Auto Glym apart from the Meguires Tyre Shine which I really like because I can paint it on with a brush and smells amazing

Indeed...

I have some Morrisons car shampoo and a sponge, that's about it.

Nothing wrong with that, it can help protect the paint while making it look good :)

I got told off for using a sponge, apparently wash mitts are where its at, so I went Halfords and bought one and I honestly dont understand the difference apart from you wear it on hand and I felt a bit of a nob whilst washing my car :o

The difference is, a sponge will drag any present dirt around the surface of the paint causing swirl marks and a mit will draw the dirt particles up into the wool away from the surface of the car.
