He is saying your height is irrelevant compared to the size of your appendage which you hope to use to inseminate a willing female to produce a sprog to continue on your DNA.
There's no point worrying about his dong, when he won't be getting any girls due to his height anyway.

OP I went to college with a lad who in 2 years went from being one of the shortest in our 6th form to one of the tallest. You never know, you might have another growth spurt,
However, if you've always been shorter than most, it's more than likely you remain that way. How tall are your parents.... what are genetics telling you?

Mother is 5'4, so at least I'm taller than her
Uncle, (mother's brother) is 5'10
Maternal grandfather was 5'10, now about 5'9
Maternal grandmother is 5'1
Father is 5'6
Paternal grandfather was about 5'7
Paternal grandmothre was 5'1
My 10 y/o brother is a little bit taller (about an inch) than I was at his age

I did a height check today. And I'm exactly the same height as I was 3 months ago. That's right, I've stopped growing. I'm 16 years old and I've stopped growing. I now stand at 5 feet and 4.25 inches tall
The worst part is that two of my friends at school were the same height as me when they first came to the school. Ie: they were 5'4 at 11 years old.
I'm not that concerned about my height to be honest. I see the funny side, and there's also plenty of girls within reach
Oh and before any of you lot say it, here's the obligatory:

I was about 5'3"/5'4" when I was 16. I'm about 5'10"/5'11" now, most of which was a massive growth spurt around 16->17 to around 5'8" and then slowly up to where I am now by 19.
So, yes it is possible.

You've got a couple of years before you stop growing I think, temporary pause
I reached 5' 4" when I was 16 and I told my step-dad that I have stopped growing. We did a £5 bet that remained active for a year - I would have to pay him £5 if I was taller 1 year later. I won the bet because I did stop growing.
