Will a new GTX460 be bottlenecked by my rig?

As per thread title really; my current rig is in my signature but I'm looking at moving up to a GTX460 1GB because the 8800 is finally starting to show its age. Just don't wanna spend £160 if I'm not gonna get full use out of it..

I had thought that, but I figure 1gb is a bit more future proof, as well as the 1gb having a higher number of ROPs and 256-bit bus...
 
The extra ROPs on the 1gig model help quite a bit for gaming. Shouldn't see any major bottlenecks definitely a considerable performance boost over the 8800GT.
