Yup, I'm a nerd, but tracking some aspects of my life in spreadsheets has been one of the best things I've done, along with having a To-Do list. Ever since I finished my education and started work, I've been itching to keep that feeling of making progress going and avoid getting stuck in a rut.
For example, I have a financial spreadsheet with my monthly outgoings, pension, savings, investments, mortgage calculations etc. I find this is helping me get richer. I also track the economy with things like population demographics, house prices, inflation etc.
I also have a spreadsheet for my health, with things like bodyweight, body fat, blood pressure. I also use it to count calories and macros (I'm into body recomposition). I'm finding this is helping me get stronger, bigger and leaner.
So what other things in life can I turn into graphs and numbers?
