That looks like garbage, definitely not crap enough to be funny, actually, what is it? A black comedy or what!? I'm so confused.
It's an exploitation film.
this one in particular glorifying bloody violence, ie it goes over the top and pushes the genre as far as it can. their are differant variations.
I watch them because they're so ridiculous and over the top it makes me laugh.
check out Master of the flying guillotine, it's probably one of the most over the top films I've ever seen.
Kill Bill got me into the genre though.
