After having the bigger fittings for the catch can welded on, it required painting (the red was flaking off anyway) so ive had it powder coated he same blue as the gworks logo.

The car is gonna be white black and blue, so far the only bits that are blue are the logo on the seat and this, but more to come - tastfully of course :p

Currently fitting an oil cooler and filter relocation kit - lots of nice looking and expensive earls/aeroquip/mocal fittings!! Also fitting an oil thermostat so there are no issues with oil temp/viscosity when cold.

Also bought an AEM UEGO afr gauge, im getting the bung welded into my decat this week and then fitting that also. AEM EMS is next on the list :D

The engine bay needs a good clean, this is only test fitted to take some pics. Im thinking of masking off the lettering on the plug cover and painting the letters white the same as the car.

oil pressure, oil temp and water temp are all on order from AEM (digital ones not available till october). My main problem at the moment is mounting them somewhere!

looking lovely you lanky piz

don't forget to work out how much oil your oil cooler setup uses when wet, I'm sure you knew that anyway but when I added mine I forgot like a lemon and whilst my level didnt get dangerously low it was still something to watch out for, especially on a s2k, mine used to drink oil like I drink beer!

i know what you mean about the mocal fittings, I got addicted to them, mine had mock mocal too

once you start buying those hoses its an expensive path, I replaced my entire fuel rail feed, all the way back to the two pumps in the boot, think that was the best part of £500 and I still had to fit it!

if you do decide to go mad, use a chisel to cut it anything else just creates finger stabbing pain, I looked like a diabetic with a blood level testing addiction when I finished!

you already know a stack dash is the only real way forward if you want a proper setup

and I know you know that I know im right, you do know that right? :p

oh and get a spoon oil cap,

apparently they dont melt like normal oil caps can do under certain racing conditions (im guessing when the car is on fire?)

As for the 'stack' argument, WTF will, ive been arguing with my dad about this, ive said under no situation will i be getting a stack dash and you throw this into the works, ill never live it down if he see's this thread!

Im sorely tempted to get the new Greddy Informeter with the 5" screen that shows loads of different bits if info to go along side my digital gauges.

And i have a buddyclub oil cap, the spoon one made me faint @ the price, me and buddyclub have a good understanding ;)
