Karl Pilkington - An Idiot Abroad

The ones where Karl isn't in has Claire Sturgess filling in as the producer. I didn't like them as much, they were ok but I usually skip over them when relistening.

Hah, that's brilliant trantlad, we definitely need a separate thread where we can post all these little snippets and bits and pieces most people haven't seen, that would be great :D

I have mentioned at least 3 times later on in this thread that it isn't scripted PLEASE READ.
However I 100% believe they sit down and discuss what will happen and they will have something prepared.
You also have to remember that Radio & TV programmes have to have a lesson plan to work to in case the big red button has to be pressed or didn't you know that?
I won't be able to watch the film until later.
 
Sorry mate, I neglected that you took back the term 'scripted' but you catch my drift. I just meant 'planned' or what ever corrected variation that everyone badgered you into using.

I have seen this before and it is like any 3 blokes just talking in a pub which doesn't need to be planned and isn't that funny.
No Karl diaries, journals, thoughts, Monkey News or anything - just straight talking.

I felt helpless, like a deer slowly being eaten by an anaconda. The only memory I have was how the wrestler's balls that were thrust into my face left a saltiness on my lips. At first I assumed it was from the tacos, and then I realised I'd not eaten any that day.

Well Trentlad, after all the little tid bits we've had you must now be able to see that Karl is in fact not an idiot but a comedian.
On the pyramids - "It looks like a giant game of chenga" (!)
On cockroaches - "Back home the restaurant would be closed, here it's a starter"
