Hi,

For the last half an hour, I've been trying to figure out how to speak to Orange customer services (turns out I owe them some money, and instead of asking for it, they put a default on my credit file, cheers!)

Every time I try, they want a mobile number and a password - neither of which I have.

Has anyone got an alternative number to get hold of them on, or any tips?

Thanks

say no to 0 8 7 0 . com (with no spaces)

Even though this site is primarily to get alternative free numbers to premium 08 number etc, theres always loads of different numbers for companies...just put in orange and there should be a big list..

Never had an issue. Ring 150, choose what you want from the automated menu, speak to the person who answers. Job done.

So you aren't on contract with orange anymore? Go through your bills and find the account number and give them that.

edit:

oh okay, i understand now.

Can't you just keep getting the numbers wrong so it eventually routes you to a person?

If I forget my password I just mash buttons until it puts me through to a person.

Orange are always quick to answer any calls I make, for some reason I am a 'Premier Customer' even though I don't pay a lot :P

Nope, it just says that they can't help right now.

Morba - I'm calling 07973 100150 - the UK Cus.Services number.

You should be able to go through the options and speak to someone.
One of the ivr guys is doing some changes tonight but it wouldn't have been when you were ringing!
