Why are you on overclockers at 4am ?

Not sure to be honest. Bad body clock is probably the main reason...
Not working at the moment so just take naps throughout the day if I need them
Really want to break out of this cycle as im looking for work but its hard to find motivation to do anything when there isnt a sniff of interest

Sleep pattern has been royally screwed up over the last week, so today is my "stay up all night and go to bed at a reasonable hour next day" day

It's an absolutely awful city. Even the good bits are nasty.

Also on a night shift with very little to do. Arrived at 1900, logged onto Facebook, OcUK etc etc, made dinner, feet on desk, iplayer and relax

am doing the banking, wages blah blah in the office at home, we are due on site at 8 am, so this stuff has to be done first. mega busy day tomorrow.
Sounds good, true, but its cos I am an insom, and have given up the Zed pills. So I get up at 3 am, yesterday watched 5 hrs of australian Come Dine With me, fab.
and this week am buying a new iron so i can do quiet things while everyone else is asleep.
