i'm looking at buying a new TV to replace my Samsung 40" HDTV

I Don't necessary have a budget but i would like to keep the TV under £4000, & want it to be amazing.
i'm open to any Suggestions But would like 4 HDMI & 3D if possible.

This TV will be used for
my blu-rays
PS3
Sky HD + 3D
possibly Video Editing on the Computer using Final Cut

Today i looked at The
Panasonic TX-P50VT20
This Set was my first thought when i was thinking of buying a TV
The Picture is simply superb & i was wowed even watching I Am legend in 2D
.
I got this deal offered to me in store
The VT20 50" + Wifi Dongle + TV Wall mount + 5 Year Warrenty + 2 3D Glasses + 5 or so blu-ray Films
Price:£2150

i Also Looked at the Sony KDL-55NX813
This Surround looked Amazing & Features of turning off + Wifi was very good.
The picture didn't look to great but it was Motor storm game in 3D

The only Offer i could push out of sony was
55" TV + £100 off any Bluray player
Price £3000

now if this was you which would you buy any why?

do you have any suggestions on other TV's to demo?

thanks :D

have you not looked at the samsung 50c7000 series as they suppose to be good aswell also do 3d and 2dto3d coversion, and i think over on avforums the panny suffers from rising blacks and also motion blur on the sports, have a good read around first, good luck

You've already discovered which one is the one to get:
"The Picture is simply superb & i was wowed "
versus
"The picture didn't look too great"

This, it's just about the only thing with a TV you can do nothing to change.

Sound you can sort, media streaming you can buy things for etc.

Ok it might cost you extra and you'll have some extra kit knocking around, but if the picture isn't great bar some calibration there's naff all you can do to change it.
