Best 120mm case fans?

I'm looking to get some case fans for both my case (obviously) and my CPU cooler. They will be attached to a fan controller so I'm looking for ones that can move a good amount of air but will be silent when turned down to a lower RPM. They have to be black or white in colour!
Any suggestions?
